Terms of service.

For Rejuran -

By purchasing the Rejuran 3-Session Package, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Prepaid Discount

Clients who purchase a package of three (3) Rejuran sessions in advance will receive a 10% discount on the total price.

2. No Refunds

All payments for the Rejuran 3-Session Package are final. Refunds will not be provided for unused or partially used packages under any circumstances, including change of mind or ineligibility due to a change in medical condition.

3. Non-Transferable & Non-Exchangeable

The Rejuran 3-Session Package is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other treatments, products, or services. The package is valid only for the individual named on the purchase and applies exclusively to Rejuran treatments.

4. Expiration Period

All three sessions must be redeemed within 6 months of the purchase date. Sessions not used within this timeframe will be forfeited without refund.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Clients are responsible for scheduling all sessions in advance. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for appointment changes or cancellations. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of that session.

6. Medical Suitability

All treatments are subject to a full consultation and clinical assessment. If at any point it is determined that Rejuran is not clinically suitable, any remaining value may be converted to store credit for future use at the discretion of Nurse JEI and subject to the terms above.

7. Results Disclaimer

As with all aesthetic treatments, results may vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. The client understands and accepts this prior to purchase.
